It’s quite a 30th anniversary year for Aurora Expeditions, the Australian-owned adventure company founded by renowned mountaineer and explorer, Greg Mortimer, and his wife Margaret.

For decades they have taken travellers to remote and remarkable places all over the world.

But for this year, they have quickly and skillfully reinvented themselves, coming up with remarkable voyages — many along the Western Australian coast.

And this is your chance to hear that story and all about the new voyages, at a free West Travel Club Meet the Team event.

For I will welcome Aurora Expeditions senior executive Steve McLaughlin to share the news. Steve also has a career spanning 30 years in the global travel and cruise industry, having previously worked with some other leading expedition brands.

Steve brings a wealth of experience, expertise and passion to Aurora Expeditions — and he and I go way back, having travelled together on previous expeditions.

And we’ll have drinks and nice nibbles, of course.
