Viking Ocean Cruises has announced new itineraries as part of Viking Jupiter's schedule of voyages.
The 930-passenger ship is set to be christened in Oslo on June 6 next year during its eight-day Viking Shores & Fjords itinerary from Bergen to Amsterdam.
Viking Jupiter will include the same features as fleetmates such as Viking Star and Viking Sun, with Mamsen's Norwegian deli, the Wintergarden, Manfredi's — one of the best Italian restaurants at sea — and The Chef's Table all on board.
The all-suite ship will also include the infinity pool, Nordic bathing pool, sauna and ice grotto that have proved so popular on Viking Star, Sun and Sea.
A new 15-day itinerary along Europe's Western Coast has been added to the mix. Cruising from Barcelona to Copenhagen, it visits seven countries: Spain, Portugal, England, France, Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands.
Departing Barcelona on April 25, it costs from $6995 per person in a veranda suite and includes 10 guided tours.
