South Africa with a stop-over
Two airlines have combined to offer an Indian Ocean island break with an African adventure all on one ticket.
Safaris and stunning beaches, Table Mountain and the Black River Gorges, Cape Town and Curepipe. These are all over our horizon in Mauritius and South Africa but combining them could be a bit of a juggling act.
But South African Airways has teamed up with Air Mauritius to offer stop-overs in Mauritius on the way to or from Johannesburg all on the one ticket, saving travellers time.
Return economy-class tickets from Perth start from $1717 for travel between January 12 and December 10. The Perth-Port Louis leg is on Air Mauritius, while Port Louis-Johannesburg is on a South African Airways flight.
From Johannesburg, South African Airways extensive network flies to 30 destinations throughout Africa.
